Onda Studio is a web app with no timeline editor to learn. You describe the video in plain language; the agent builds a deterministic, fully-editable composition that you refine by chatting or by direct manipulation. Anything the agent can do, you can do by hand — and vice versa. It is for MOTION GRAPHICS and short-form video (explainers, product demos, launch/opener videos, social posts) — NOT a general-purpose timeline video editor. Its core is a deterministic, editable scene graph rather than one-shot pixel generation, though it can generate video, image, and audio assets to composite into that scene.

## The problem it solves
One-shot AI video generators return a clip that is ~90% right; you regenerate to fix one detail and everything else drifts — composition, wording, brand — and cost balloons (the "regeneration spiral"). Onda fixes this STRUCTURALLY: the AI director composes a deterministic, reproducible scene graph, so editing one element changes only that element.
